01 · The scene
The Cebu pickleball scene
Cebu is where Philippine pickleball started — the sport was introduced here back in 2016, years before the nationwide boom, and the local community is still the deepest in the country. Pickle Fest and a thick calendar of open-play sessions and club ladders run across Cebu City, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu. Most clubs still track ladders and round-robins in group chats and spreadsheets — ArcStat gives them a real standings page instead.
