Pickleball stats
in plain English.

WIN% is the share of matches a player has won — the headline record stat on every pickleball leaderboard.

DIFF is total points scored minus total points allowed across every game the player has logged — the cleanest tiebreaker on the leaderboard.

GW is the count of individual games won inside matches — a more granular record than match wins alone.

STRK is the player’s current consecutive run of wins (positive) or losses (negative) — resets on the next result that flips direction.

Pickleball uses two scoring systems — traditional side-out and rally — and matches are played to 11, 15, or 21 in best-of-1/3/5 series.

A 2.0–8.0 skill rating that updates after every match — higher when you beat stronger opponents, lower when you lose to weaker ones.

A 0–100% band that says how reliable a player’s rating is — confidence grows with every match, capping out around 50 matches.

PTR is a player’s W-L record split by doubles partner — the only way to see which pairing actually clicks.

A player’s rating, WIN%, and DIFF tracked separately for singles and doubles play — they are not the same skill set.
